We at G-Vegas Magazine would
like to express our deepest sympathies to the family and
friends of USMC SGT David Smith. David was a friend to
the magazine, and very loved in the Greenville community.
David was a former employee of Levels Night Club and Boli's
5th St Pizzeria. Smith, a Maryland native, and ECU
student, was killed in action in Afghanistan at the
age of 25. He will be dearly missed. |

G-Vegas welcomes
Ruffin home! |
 |
One week after
the departure of Coach Skip Holtz, East Carolina
introduced it's 20th head football coach. Coach
Ruffin McNeill, former Defensive Coordinator for Texas
Tech, and a ECU alum, was introduced on Friday.
"This is a dream come true for an East Carolina boy" said
McNeill, a native of Lumberton, NC. "The moment the
wheels touched down on the tarmack, we knew we were home."
