Bigus, a nickname for G-Vegas Magazine writer Ben
Hardy, is a 10+ year veteran of the restaurant
industry. After working as a private chef, line cook,
restaurant manager, pizza maker, and several other
positions, Bigus fills Food Critic Corner with
opinions and criticisms from a insider's point of
view.
In addition to Food Critic Corner, Bigus is active in
G-Vegas Magazine events and occasionally provides
additional articles for G-Vegas Magazine on a variety
